example of our creation process

This ring was brought into our design center to be remade into pendant. The construction of the ring allowed for using the shank of the ring to make a fixed side by side diamond bail, all altercations made using the gold were provided by the ring itself. This allowed for no waste and a clean design.

First the stone was removed and set aside so it wouldn’t get damaged or discolored from heating. The band was then split and removed. Placed the halves side by side with the diamonds parallel to each other. This arrangement was then fused to form the bail. All diamonds were then adjusted and the bail was affixed to the ring’s top to make the pendant.

After the polishing process to bring back a high shine, the stone was then reset and a mirror finish was applied. The resulting piece now had a clean contemporary look while maintaining the stone as the focal point of the design.
